Offense, as defined by A GRIMOIRE ON THE DEATH OF COMMON WISDOM

Offense: –noun. When taken, it is all that is required to spur into action the bad actor, and a justification to all his ends.

Offended: -adj. A rapturous state martyrdom of a quality that is considered both immaculate and beyond reproach; most commonly obtained when one is wounded on the sword of a purveyor of unpardonable sin. 

Offend: –verb. To become, regardless of intent and by thought, action, or mere presence, said purveyor of unpardonable sin.
